Return Policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, email us at support@techtail.co with:
- Your order number
- The products you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Return Conditions:
- We recommend using the product consistently for at least 21 days before requesting a return
- Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Shipping Errors
If an order fails to arrive because of customer error, such as providing an incorrect shipping address or failing to collect the package, we cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately after purchase. Because of this rapid processing, cancellations or modifications are not possible once your order has been confirmed.
Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order. If you contact us quickly after placing the order, we will do our best to assist but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Perishable goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom products: Such as special orders or personalized items.

Personal care goods: Such as beauty products. These items cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns and the risk of contamination. This policy has become even more stringent following the global COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.
- Health and hygiene products: Including items that come into close contact with the skin. For hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Wearable products: Any items that are worn or come into close contact with the skin, such as clothing, accessories, or wearable supports, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Hazardous materials: Including flammable liquids or gases.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, items falling into these categories cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Express Shipping
Our priority shipping option ensures that your order is prioritized in both processing and shipping. This allows us to dispatch your package faster than with our standard shipping method. Additionally, this option provides extra security: we guarantee that your package will be delivered correctly. If anything goes wrong, we will take responsibility and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
